Pretty sure there's still plenty of hot weather in the forecast this summer. Unfortunately so, because it seem most of the upper half of North America is currently on fire. The rains of autumn will be appreciated, no doubt.
As humans, though, we possess a knack for sticking our heads in the sand and maintaining the status quo despite all warnings and good sense. That's exactly what I've been doing with this particular Summer mix the last couple weeks. Just lazing in the heat, chilled martini glass in hand, enjoying a welcome bombardment of ear worms as we slouch towards the extinction era. Really, what else can you do (besides everything)?
